We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-day returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
How to start a return
Email support@brighthaulshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions — please don't send items back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
Certain items (such as final-sale or hygiene products) may not be eligible for return. This will be noted on the product page where it applies.
