We work with trusted suppliers to bring you great products at fair prices. Because some items ship from overseas warehouses, delivery can take a little longer than next-day — we're always upfront about that.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Estimated delivery times

• Standard shipping: 7–15 business days, depending on the item and destination.
• Some items ship from EU warehouses and may arrive faster.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, email us at support@brighthaulshop.com.

Customs & duties

For deliveries outside the shipping origin, any import taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, in line with local regulations.
